Srinivas Raghavan is an innovator, teacher, and mentor based in South Florida. He holds an interdisciplinary Ph.D. from The Ohio State University — spanning Computer Science, Psychology, and Industrial Design — and an MBA in Innovation and Strategy from the Rady School of Management.

Over the years, he has traveled to schools around the world, working with students, teachers, and parents on the role of identity, awareness, and self-development in human experience. His work has touched executives, teams, products, and brands across industries — grounded in a rare ability to connect beyond words, and to create the space for people to truly hear the heart's voice.

He is the creator of the framework that underlies Whole, Complete, and Perfect — a system that brings together insights across disciplines to explore how we see ourselves, and how that shapes everything else.

Whole, Complete, and Perfect is his first children's book.

Rosa López is the creative director behind the story, journey, and overall integrity of Whole, Complete, and Perfect. Bringing an experiential approach to storytelling, she has read thousands of children's books and draws from a deep understanding of how stories are felt, not just told.

She led the integration of the book's many layers—story, character, visual language, and brand—ensuring they come together as a cohesive experience. Her direction shaped the non-linear inner journey of Right Angle, guiding how the narrative unfolds across pages in a way that invites discovery rather than explanation.

Rosa has held both the book and the broader brand to the highest standards of excellence. Her attention to detail is evident throughout, including in the translation process, where she ensured that the spirit, tone, and emotional journey of the characters are preserved across languages.

Siara Torres Díaz, an illustrator whose work blends traditional techniques with expressive, contemporary visual storytelling, joined the InnovateYSelf project two years ago and played a central role in bringing its visual world to life.

With a strong foundation in traditional illustration and a distinctive visual voice, Siara established the book's early narrative tone—capturing character, emotion, and movement with warmth and clarity. As the project evolved, she embraced the challenge of illustrating an inner journey that defies linear rules, translating abstract ideas into intuitive visual forms.

Through persistence and creative exploration, she developed key visual elements that became foundational to the book's visual language. Her work reflects both technical skill and a deep commitment to making complex ideas accessible through imagery.

Based in Cali, Colombia, Andrés is a designer who came to the InnovateYSelf project in its second year, after an earlier chapter with other illustrators had run its course. He immediately understood what the project required and recommended adding strong team members. For two years, he has been the steady hand steering the work forward — managing timelines, bridging the team across continents, and keeping momentum alive through every challenge.

Davyson Machado, based in Goiânia, Brazil, has been part of the project throughout the book's development. His work has focused on organizing, structuring, and validating the concepts and content that underpin the story.

He has played an integral role in supporting the clarity and coherence of the framework, working closely with the team across locations, including time spent in Bogotá and the United States during key stages of development.

Trained in creating digital media assets, leveraging both traditional tools and AI-based workflows, Esteban has worked with media outlets, including TV stations in Bogotá, Colombia. He brings a strong foundation in photography and videography, with a distinctive eye for visual storytelling that blends technical precision with creative depth. His work is driven by an instinct for capturing the spirit of a moment — producing content that is not only cutting-edge in craft, but alive with meaning.
